Return and Refund Policy

At The Binkery, we strive to provide the highest quality treats and chew toys for your bunnies. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

If you have any issues with your product, please contact us at hello@thebinkeryshop.com and we'll be happy to assist you. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Storage and Responsible Feeding

Store treats and chews in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Many items include a desiccant pack—we recommend placing it in the container to help reduce moisture and maintain freshness. When stored properly, treats and chews are best enjoyed within 4 months from the date of purchase.

Treats should be fed in moderation. As a general guideline, we recommend offering treats no more than 2–3 times per week. Introduce new items slowly and discontinue use if any issues occur.
