Where do you ship? Do you offer free shipping?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

United States

  • Free shipping on orders $75+ USD
  • $4.99 USD flat rate on orders under $75
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment, plus up to 5 days for shipping (most orders arrive within ~2.5 weeks of purchase).

Canada

  • Free shipping on orders $175+ CAD
  • $20 CAD flat rate on orders under $175 (we help cover the rest!)
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment, plus 7–21 business days for shipping.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on the date specified at checkout. Any items purchased with a pre-order will ship together.

Duties & taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and tariffs upon arrival. These are determined by CBSA and are the responsibility of the recipient.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 weeks (excluding pre-orders). Some items are made to order, so processing may take a bit longer during busy periods.

After fulfillment, delivery time varies by location. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

How do I store treats & chews? How long do they stay fresh?

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most items include a desiccant pack - we recommend placing it in the container to help reduce moisture and maintain freshness. Do not allow your pet to consume the desiccant pack.

Stored properly, treats and chews will stay fresh for up to 4 months. If you notice any moisture/softness, unusual odor, or visible mold, discard the item.

How much can I feed my small pet?

Our products are safe for adult rabbits and guinea pigs when fed in moderation. Treats and chews should make up only a small portion of your pet’s overall diet—the majority should always be fresh hay.

As a general guideline, we recommend offering:

  • Treats: up to 2–3 times per week
  • Chews: up to one per day, depending on size and your pet’s diet

As with any new food, introduce slowly and monitor your pet for any signs of digestive upset (such as soft stools or changes in appetite). Discontinue use if any issues occur.

Do you accept returns or refunds? What if my order arrives damaged?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there’s an issue with your order—such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect—please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us at hello@thebinkeryshop.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Including your order number and photos of the item and packaging helps us assist you faster.
