Suggested use:

For rabbits and guinea pigs. Treats should be offered in moderation and are not intended for daily feeding. Store in a cool, dry, airtight container.

  • Floral Bouquet: Offer up to 1/2 bouquet per 5 lbs of body weight
  • Rose Hay Stick: Offer up to 1 stick per 5 lbs of body weight
  • Heartstring Fling: Offer up to 1/2 fling per 5 lbs of body weight
  • Floral Bon Bons: Offer up to 1 bon bon per 5 lbs of body weight
  • Thumbprint Cookies: Offer up to 1 cookie per 5 lbs of body weight

    Responsible Feeding

    Our products are safe for rabbits and guinea pigs when fed in moderation. Treats and chews should make up only a small portion of your pet’s overall diet—the majority should always be fresh hay.

    As a general guideline, we recommend offering:

    • Treats: up to 2–3 times per week
    • Chews: up to one per day, depending on size and your pet’s diet

    As with any new food, introduce slowly and monitor your pet for any signs of digestive upset (such as soft stools or changes in appetite). Discontinue use if any issues occur.

    Storage

    Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most items include a desiccant pack - we recommend placing it in the container to help reduce moisture and maintain freshness.

    Stored properly, treats and chews will stay fresh for up to 4 months.

    Shipping

    US Shipping:
    Orders within the U.S. ship FREE on orders over $75 USD, or for a flat rate of $4.99 on orders under. Please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment and an additional up to 5 days for shipping. Most orders arrive within 2.5 weeks of purchase.

    Note: Pre-order items will ship on the date specified at checkout.

    Canada Shipping:
    We offer FREE shipping on orders over $175 CAD. For orders under $175 CAD, we offer a flat international shipping rate of $20 CAD (we cover the rest of the shipping cost!).   

    Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 weeks, followed by an estimated 7–21 business days for shipping.

    Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and tariffs upon arrival. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the recipient.
